SharkBound Micro Demon challenge rods

My micro demon series is meant to be a fun, virtually indestructible travel/challenge rod that can be used for just about anything.

Applications include:

Recommended reel  sizes:

Spinning-

up to around 4000 size spinner

Conventional-

-low profile style reels such as shimano curado, daiwa lexa, etc…

-round/aluminum frame reels such as shimano calcutta (up to 400 size) or even a small avet (SX and possibly even MX if you want to go crazy)

We have found a niche in the land-based sheepshead fishing community with the micros due to their unique feel, sensitivity, and ability to easily “steer” sheepies away from structure.

Fishing a micro takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it’s tons of fun!

The solid glass blank can hold up to some SERIOUS fish. Remember though, nothing is truly indestructible, micro demons included.     

Make no mistake, these are not “cheap kids rods”. Each micro demon is built to the same standards, using the same building materials and components as our full custom builds, and with the same attention to detail.

**NOTE** these solid glass blanks will take a little bit of memory if flexed in an extreme situation or if the rod is stored leaning against a wall. This is NORMAL for solid glass blanks. It just comes with the territory. You can just bend the blank back in the opposite direction of the curve, and it will straighten out pretty good.
